Thailand has become a jewel in the crown of Southeast Asia. The country, which has become an industrialized nation, has become a major tourist destination in the region. Here are some must-visit places on a trip to Thailand.
Bangkok: Thailand's capital
The city has developed into a veritable megalopolis home to 19.5 million people. It represents a singular mix of modernity and tradition. There are more than 400 Buddhist temples to visit. Among the multitude of temples present in the city, there are three which it is absolutely necessary to visit to mark its passage in the city. We distinguish Wat Pho where you can walk around the large reclining Buddha, 43 meters long and 15 meters high.
Chiang Mai: a less noisy city located further north
Everyone has to find their place in such a big country. If you're looking to escape Thailand's beaches, you can head to Chian Mai, a city in the north of the country. Chiang Mai is a major tourist destination where the atmosphere is not very strong. If you like to go there, you will not regret discovering the Thai cuisine or watching a Thai boxing match. There are also a few temples in the town, including Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep and Wat Chiang Man.
Koh Pha Ngan: the party island
It would be a shame to visit Thailand without taking a trip to the southern islands. Lovers of parties of all kinds come to Koh Pha Ngan to experience the Full Moon Party at Haad Rin. However, the island is much better. It is a tropical paradise to visit. As for the beaches, we like to venture to Ban Chalok Lam village with its quiet beach. If you have enough time, you can embark on a tour of the many islands that make up the Ang Thong Reserve.
